Every item is one row per brand + size — its own stock, price and barcode. Master and Dadex sit side by side at their own rates; search shows every size as a chip, in stock or struck out, and the brand and size print on the bill. The pipe-ladder button enters ½" to 4" in one click.
What are material tags?
You tag each item PPR, PVC, uPVC, GI, CPVC, Brass or Ceramic when you enter it. At any time, one filter shows exactly how much of one material is lying on the shelf — the stuck-stock question every sanitary owner asks — so you see slow stock before it ties up your capital.
How do returns work?
The sanitary way: plumbers take extra fittings and return the spare pieces. Open the bill, enter what came back, done — stock returns to the shelf and cash or khata reverses automatically. Swapping a size or brand is a return plus a normal sale.
Can it sell pipe by the length and fittings by the piece?
Yes. Every row carries its own unit — length, pc, set, dozen, whatever you use — and the unit prints with the quantity on receipts, so a bill with 3 lengths of pipe and 12 elbows reads exactly the way you say it.
Is the Urdu real Urdu or machine translation?
Written by hand in the register a Pakistani shopkeeper actually uses — سیل، سٹاک، بل، ادھار، کھاتہ — with English words kept where everyone keeps them. Your cashier taps اردو once and the counter speaks their language; numbers stay familiar.
Does it need internet?
Only for a few seconds when you activate your license. Daily use — billing, stock, reports, backups — is 100% offline on your own computer.
Is it a monthly subscription?
No. You pay once and the software is yours. The license is locked to your shop computer.
Windows shows “Windows protected your PC” — is the download safe?
Yes. That blue notice is Microsoft SmartScreen being cautious with software from new publishers — every new Windows app shows it until enough people have installed it. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”, and installation continues normally. The installer you download from this page is exactly the one we built.
